Project Overview

Helpfull is a feedback platform that lets businesses test their ideas quickly. Companies can create surveys and get opinions from real people or AI personas in minutes. This helps them make better decisions about things like logos, ads, or product designs. Our job was to design and build a new website for Helpfull using Webflow. The site needed to explain how the platform works and convince visitors to sign up for the service.

Problem

The old Helpfull website had a few problems. First, it was hard to understand exactly what the platform did. The benefits of getting fast feedback were buried in text, and visitors weren’t sure how it worked. Second, the pricing was unclear, which made small businesses hesitant to sign up. Finally, the site wasn’t mobile-friendly, so users on phones struggled to navigate and fill out forms. The client also needed a way to update case studies and pricing themselves without needing a developer’s help every time.

Goal

Helpfull wanted a website that would:

  1. Increase sign-ups by making the value of the platform obvious.

  2. Show off success stories from happy customers to build trust.

  3. Make pricing clear so visitors knew exactly what they were paying for.

  4. Work perfectly on phones so everyone could use it easily.

  5. Let the team update content on their own using Webflow’s CMS.

Solution

We used Webflow to create a clean, easy-to-understand website.

  1. Simple Design: We made the homepage explain everything right away. Our team used big headlines, bright buttons, and icons to show how Helpfull works in three steps: create a survey, choose your audience, and get results.

  2. Trust Building: We added a section with real customer reviews and logos of companies that use Helpfull. We also included stats like “50,000+ panelists” to show how big and reliable the platform is.

  3. Clear Pricing: Our team created a pricing table that shows exactly what you get for $1 per real person or 10 cents per AI persona. This made it easy for visitors to see it was affordable.

  4. Mobile-Friendly: We designed the site to look great on phones. Buttons are big enough to tap, and forms are easy to fill out.

  5. Easy Updates: We built the site with Webflow’s CMS. Now, the Helpfull team can add new customer stories or change pricing anytime they want without calling a developer.

Result

The new Helpfull website is much better.
